Refund policy
At Restyletraders, all sales are considered final. However, we prioritise ensuring a positive experience for both buyers and sellers. In the event that a buyer does not receive their item, or the item received is not as described in the listing, they may initiate a case with us.
Please note that we currently do not offer returns for issues such as fit, changes in preference, or delayed delivery.
If the buyer receives an item that is not as described, they can report the issue to us within three days of delivery via the website or contact bec@restyletraders.com.au. To assist with the process, we ask buyers to upload photos and provide details of the item. If the issue is verified, we help facilitate the return of the item to the seller and provide a full refund to the buyer.
To avoid any potential problems with a sale, we recommend that sellers provide thorough and detailed descriptions when creating their listings. We also encourage buyers to carefully review listing photos, item descriptions, and condition, and to ask sellers any questions they may have before making a purchase. Most sellers are happy to provide additional information to ensure a successful transaction.
